These apartments are situated in Cala San Vicente, a spot that retains its position as one of the most popular resorts on the island. Separated from Puerto Pollensa by the distinctive Serra de Tramontana mountain range, it nestles at the foot of a beautiful pine clad valley that leads down to the secluded sandy coves surrounded by mountains.
Cala San Vicente is the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday. There are several shops, cafes and restaurants set around the two bays which are separated by a rocky headland.
A five minute drive takes you to Puerto Pollensa and to the beautiful, historic Old town of Pollensa.
The complex is set in a particularly quiet and pretty position towards to the rear of the resort and is surrounded by tall pines. Just a short walk (400 mts) from the beach and resort centre and with a bus stop along the road, it is an excellent choice for families with young children or for couples that want to relax.
There is a reception lounge area which gives access to the type 1 and 2 apartments and to the sunbathing area plus the annex where we find the type 3 apartments. WiFi is available in the communal areas and is provided at no extra charge. The main features of each type of apartment are as follows:
Type 1 These apartments have a twin bedroom with capacity for 4 people as there is a sofa bed provided in the lounge area and a shower oom. There are 8 Type 1 apartments all in the main building. These apartments are Nºs. 1-4-5-6-7-8-9-12.
Type 2 These apartments have a twin bedroom and a single bedroom with capacity for 5 people as a sofa bed is provided in the lounge area and a shower room. There are 4 type 2 apartments all in the main building. These are Nºs. 2-3-10-11.
Type 3 These apartments have two twin bedrooms with capacity for 6 people, a double sofa bed is provided in the lounge area and a shower room. They are situated in the annexe building. These are Nºs. 13-14-15-16.
All apartments have a comfortable lounge/dining area with Satellite TV (free to view channels), open plan kitchens with microwave, electric hob and fridge/freezer. Fans are also provided (one per bedroom) and all apartments have balconies or terraces overlooking the pool area with patio furniture.
The large communal swimming pool measures 16 x 6m (1m-3m depth) with Roman steps and a section for children and is surrounded by a paved terrace with plenty of space making these ideal apartments for families with children.
There also are a communal washing machine and a safe storage area that can house up to 20 bicycles.
