The property is set in its own private grounds with a large lawn area to one side of the villa with wonderful views overlooking the mountains and resort. The swimming pool measures 10 x 6m (depth .85 to 1.20m) and is located is to the back of the villa along with a barbecue area, perfect for al fresco dining before heading off for a stroll into the resort centre. The interior is decorated to a high standard with a very well equipped modern kitchen which leads out onto the back terrace.

This is a perfect choice for families who want their own private villa and pool but also have the beautiful bay of Cala Molins close by. The villa is traditional but with modern touches. It comprises of three bedrooms, one of them en-suite and two bathrooms. There is a large fitted kitchen and a lounge dining area with doors opening onto the pool area which is at the back of the villa.
