This villa is in an ideal location, situated in a small cul-de-sac down a country lane less than 5 minutes drive to Pollensa Old Town and less than 10 minutes drive to the lively beach resort of Puerto Pollensa.

Through a covered terrace is the main entrance that leads straight to the Majorcan style furnished lounge/dining area with Satellite TV (limited channels), WiFi and a small separate kitchen area. To the right of the lounge there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and to the left near the kitchen are the rest of the bedrooms which comprise of two further twin bedrooms and a double, all sharing a full bathroom.

Outside is the swimming pool measuring 8 x 4m with a small grassed area and a large covered dining area with barbecue and gas cooker, ideal for al fresco dining.
