This villa is set in the countryside in mature and colourful gardens between the Old Town of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. An attractive property with private pool measuring 8 x 4m and large lawned area edged by trees and shrubs. There is a lovely barbecue area ideal for al fresco dining.

The villa is air conditioned and set out on two levels. The rooms are bright and spacious furnished in traditional Majorcan style.

On the ground floor there is a twin and a double bedroom sharing a full bathroom. On the first floor there is another twin and another double bedroom which also share a full bathroom. The lounge has TV installed, there is a newly fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher and a further bathroom which is accessed from outside. The property has a safe for guests use.
