Situated in a 1000 year-old olive grove, way up in the Pollença hills, this rustic farmhouse commands beautiful views towards the Puig de Maria, Pollença and Alcudia. This villa offers guests a tranquil and peaceful ambiance. Approached off a winding single track lane, the arched covered front terrace has a characteristic polished stone dining table overlooking the kidney-shaped swimming pool with furnished sun terraces. The brick built BBQ is next to the original bread oven adjacent to the covered terrace.

As you enter into the spacious hall with an inner archway you come to the living/dining room with stonewalls, feature fireplace, DVD player and TV. There is a pine fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge/freezer, twin sinks and walk-in pantry and the doorway leads out to the poolside terraces and a little casita which houses the washing machine. From the living room a second inner archway leads into one double bedroom with an adjacent bath/shower room.

Upon entering is the spacious hall with an inner archway leading into the living/dining room with stone walls, a feature fireplace and TV. The pine fitted kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge/freezer, twin sink unit and a walk-in pantry. The doorway opens from the kitchen out to the poolside terraces for those ice-chilled drinks. From the living room a second inner archway leads to the double bedroom with en-suite shower room and also on the ground floor a further bath/shower room with half bath.

Stairs lead up to the first floor and the rest of the sleeping accommodation which comprises two double bedrooms (one en-suite) and two pretty twin bedrooms which share a shower room. There is also a terrace which boasts spectacular views and is an ideal place for relaxing.

This house is comfortably furnished throughout in Mallorcan rustic style with many interesting crafts and features. The kidney shaped swimming pool measures 11 x 5m and can now be closed off for children’s safety. Outside, a little casita houses the washing machine.
