This villa is very conveniently located on the outskirts of Pollensa, within an easy 20-25 minutes walk to its main plaza where you will find many Tapas bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. It is hard to believe you are only a few minutes drive from cosmopolitan Puerto Pollenca with its miles long sandy beaches.

Furnished to a good standard, all the rooms are spacious. On entering is the living/dining room with Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, feature fireplace and comfortable sofa seating area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas hob and a door with access to the BBQ area at the side of the house. The sleeping area comprises of three attractive bedrooms, one double and two twins, all sharing two bathrooms (one full and one shower). All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning.

The pretty and well maintained gardens have spacious furnished sun terraces surrounding the 8 x 4m mosaic tiled swimming pool with Roman steps and surrounded by lawns and fruit trees. There is also a covered BBQ area where you can enjoy al-fresco meals.
