A wonderful authentic Majorcan farmhouse recently restored to provide a beautiful home full of charm. The finca has air conditioning, internet access and a large gated pool and is set in a tiny hamlet with just four villas enjoying privacy and tranquility. Situated next to MPO130 sleeping 8 people making them suitable for larger families.
Approached from the main entrance off the country lane there is a lovely cobblestone courtyard leading to the modern glass front door with stone floors, terracotta tiles and wooden beams, the furnishings reflect the real character of this delightful farmhouse.
The property offers an entrance hall with impressive stone staircase, dining room and a modern style fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, gas hob and fridge/freezer. There is also a lovely lounge with satellite TV (free to view channels), DVD, free WiFi internet connection and stonewall features. There is a utility room and WC off the lounge area. Stairs lead up to the sleeping areas – halfway up the stairs is a self contained seating area with TV, shower room with WC and steps lead up to a double bed on a mezzanine level. At the top of the main stairs there are two further bedrooms, 1 twin with en-suite full bathroom and a further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and dressing area. This second twin room also has a TV and seating area. There are also two further double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms.
The villa also offers air conditioning throughout and central heating to use during the cooler months of the season. There is also a safe installed for guests use and stair gates can be provided on request.
The child friendly swimming pool which can be gated measures (9m x 5m) and gently shelves into crystal clear waters and is surrounded by comfortably furnished terraces with wooden floors and a small lawn area. Adjacent to the pool is a covered terrace with gas hob, sink and built-in barbecue ideal for alfresco dining.

A security deposit of 200€ is payable on your arrival day and will be returned on your departure day subject to no loss or damage. This is due to new regulations concerning the recycling and waste management in the town of Búger. The purpose of this deposit is the recycling of garbage by the customer. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if the garbage has been removed from the property by the client.
