This villa is located in a peaceful location within easy walking distance to the sandy coves and turquoise waters of the pretty resort of Cala Sant Vicente. This area was originally a small fishing village and nowadays affording a beautiful relaxing environment with waterside tapas bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk from the villa.

Recently constructed, this attractive villa offers lovely family holiday accommodation. It has been furnished to a high standard throughout and decorated in Mediterranean pastel colours enhancing the relaxing natural ambiance. It has the added benefit of air conditioning in all bedrooms.

The lounge has comfortable seating, TV, complimentary WiFi internet connection, while the dining room has double doors opening to the pool and sun terraces. There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, separate hob, breakfast table and side door to patio. On the ground floor there is also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower.

On the first floor is the impressive master double bedroom with dressing area, fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and corner bath. There is a side door to upper sun terrace with views to the mountains. A further twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower completes the upper floor.

The swimming pool measures approx. 7 x 4 mts (depth: 0.90 – 1.50 mts) with furnished sun terraces with reclining sun loungers. There is also a BBQ area with poolside covered terrace ideal for alfresco dining. This area also provides welcome shade in the hot summers.  A table tennis table is also provided.

Cala San Vicente is a small resort with pretty beaches, hidden coves, restaurants and cafes all just a short walk away. There is also a very picturesque walk through a mountain pass from Cala San Vicente to Puerto Pollensa.
