A comfortable holiday villa situated outside Puerto Pollensa. The villa is located off the main road between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and is set out over one level with a lovely pool and views across the mountains. The villa is a great holiday home for a small family or couples being a short drive to Puerto Pollensa beach and resort.

Inside the villa is simply designed and decorated with classic furniture, white walls, tiled floors and dark wood furniture. The lounge has an open fireplace, satellite TV (limited channels), a sofa and easy chairs. There is a new fully fitted kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and a fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both sharing a full bathroom. The double bedroom has French doors opening out onto the side terrace. The villa offers air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge/dining room. There is also a safe installed for guests use.

At the rear of the villa lies the swimming pool (approx. 7 x 4m) surrounded by hedges and offering views across to the mountains. There is also a built-in barbecue for alfresco dining. The front of the villa is planted with palm trees and oleanders.
