This lovely villa enjoys countryside views and has the added benefit of WiFi and air-conditioning / heating in the bedrooms and in the lounge.

The entrance to the villa, via the gravel driveway, is through large gates leading to the parking area at the side of the villa. There is also a grass area with trees and flowers and there is a table tennis table for your enjoyment.

The main entrance leads into the lounge/dining area which is bright and traditionally furnished. To the right there is an open plan fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and all other kitchen utensils required for a self-catering holiday. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar.

The bedrooms comprise of two twins both sharing a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

The swimming pool measures 8 x 4 mts. (depth: 1.10 to 2.10m), adjacent to the terrace, is set in front of the villa and is surrounded by pretty gardens. There is a brick barbeque and a covered terrace with seating area and views towards the pool, gardens and distant mountains and provides a perfect setting for dining al fresco.

The exterior has terraces and lawns set in attractive gardens, together with trees, shrubs and colourful flowers and provides a great place to relax and enjoy those the Mediterranean sunny days.
