A cosy 200 year old villa with private swimming pool which has been restored with care for those who wish to enjoy a traditional atmosphere with plenty of modern amenities. Situated in the countryside between Pollensa and Port Pollensa and just a few minutes drive to the beaches.

Interior
From the main entrance there is access to a large lounge/dining room with satellite TV (limited channels), WiFi and DVD player. An archway takes you through to a small kitchen which has retained many of the original features. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. On this level there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

On the upper level there are 4 further bedrooms – 2 doubles, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, 1 twin room and 1 with bunk beds. There is also a further family bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Exterior
Outside you will find a lovely large swimming pool measuring 10m x 5m (depth 1.1 to 1.9m) with Roman steps which is fenced off for children’s safety and can be heated for an additional fee on request, a covered terrace with built-in barbecue, table tennis table and a beautiful very private garden.
