The villa is ideal for a family or group of friends looking to be close to the beaches, nightlife and attractions of Puerto Alcudia. The historic old town of Alcudia and the bay of Pollensa are just 3kms away.

From the shaded dining veranda doors lead into a spacious lounge/dining room with TV, DVD and CD player. From here you enter a modern fully fitted kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Also on this level are two twin bedrooms and a full bathroom. Stairs lead to the first floor where you will find the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and superb views of the bay. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Outside there is a lovely covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool (9m x 5m, depth 1.1m to 2.1m, with steps), BBQ and lawned gardens bordered by pretty trees. From here you can experience superb panoramic views of the sea and bay.
