A beautiful stone clad country house with private pool and air conditioning situated at the end of a lane in the residential area of La Font close to Pollensa Old Town.

Interior
The elegant interior is furnished to a good standard with local pine furnishings and fittings making a comfortable holiday home. You enter into the large entrance hall/dining room area with an inner archway leading into the lounge with Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and French doors opening to the pool side terrace and gardens. There is a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, electric oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer and eye level fitted cupboards. There is also a utility room which houses the washing machine.

The master double bedroom has an en-suite bath/shower room and there is a twin bedroom with adjacent full bath/shower room. Stairs lead up from the hall to one double bedroom and one twin bedroom sharing another full bath/shower room. All of the bedrooms offer air conditioning which is set on a timer for 10 hours a day.

Exterior
The swimming pool measures 8 x 4m and is located at the rear of the villa and surrounded by furnished sun terraces, lawns and well-kept gardens. At the side of the villa there is a covered area with brick-built BBQ, cooker and washing facilities. The adjacent covered side terrace is ideal for alfresco dining whilst overlooking the swimming pool and gardens with glorious mountain views.
