A lovely finca set in a tiny hamlet with just four villas enjoying complete privacy combined with total seclusion and tranquility. The property has been painstakingly restored to provide a home full of charming natural ambiance. Situated next to MPO077 sleeping 6 people making them suitable for larger families.

Approached from the main entrance off the leafy country lane is the beautiful cobblestone courtyard leading to the studded oak door and archway. The cobblestone floors, inner stone walls, terracotta tiles and oak beams add true character to this delightful farmhouse. Majorcan double wooden doors open into the entrance hall, to the rear of which we find the dining area which has double doors opening out onto the rear terrace and pool area. To the right of this area we find the fully equipped classical style kitchen with original stone sink, electric oven/hob, dishwasher and microwave. The fridge/freezer is located in the dining area and the washing machine is housed in the exterior utility area by the pool. To the right of the entrance a doorway leads into the split-level and refreshingly open plan living/lounge area which has original stone-wall features and a decorative fireplace. The internet connection is located here. A doorway leads into a corridor, to one side is a full bath/shower room and stairs leading up to a second comfortable lounge area which has Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and large windows offering stunning views across to the mountains. Next to this lounge there is a bathroom and also from this lounge a doorway leads into a corridor and stairs lead up to a twin en suite bedroom offering stunning views across to the mountains.

On the ground floor and to the left of the entrance hall there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Stairs from the dining area lead up to the rest of the sleeping accommodation which comprises of three twin bedrooms, one which boasts original stone seating area and access to a private terrace. There is a further seating area which is an ideal place for a spot of quiet reading. One of the twins has an en-suite shower room. The others share a bathroom on this level. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. Stairgates can be provided on request.

The kidney shaped swimming pool measures 11 x 5m and is gently sloping into the water and can be gated for children’s safety, surrounded by comfortably furnished sun terraces and a lawned area with stunning views to the mountains beyond. One very special feature is the flagstone terrace with quiet seating areas shaded by ancient trees and here you can totally relax. The original garden casita houses the brick built BBQ and covered dining area where you can enjoy alfresco dining.

A security deposit of 200€ is payable on your arrival day and will be returned on your departure day subject to no loss or damage. This is due to new regulations concerning the recycling and waste management in the town of Búger. The purpose of this deposit is the recycling of garbage by the customer. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if the garbage has been removed from the property by the client.
