This is a charming, pretty, simply furnished villa situated in the tranquil C’an Xoti area in the lovely countryside between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa (approx. 3.5kms from each). The property is reached by a small lane with hedges bordering the garden and pool area making it very private.

The villa is set out on one level: lounge/dining room with comfortable sofas, TV and DVD player. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. There are 2 twin bedrooms and one full bathroom.

The property offers cosy accommodation in a peaceful, rural location yet within easy reach of the shops, restaurants and beaches. Outside there is a private swimming pool (6m x 4m, depth 1.1m to 2.1m with step ladder entry) and an attractive partly lawned garden bordered by high hedges and plum, pear, orange and lemon trees. There is a shaded veranda and dining terrace as well as an attractive BBQ area which houses the washing machine. There are splendid views of the countryside and Tramuntana mountains from the roof terrace.
