This charming stone farmhouse with air-conditioning and private swimming pool lies in the peace and tranquility of the beautiful Majorcan countryside not far from Pollensa and just a short drive from the coastline. Surrounded by magnificent views, it is a villa full of Majorcan charm and character with its beamed ceilings, rustic tiled floors and open stone walls.

Drenched in colourful flowers, the private entrance opens onto a long driveway leading to the villa.

Inside, the fully fitted kitchen features low beamed ceilings. Here you will find a double sink, large fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a walk-in pantry. The spacious lounge/dining area boasts tasteful wood furniture, paintings and decorative Majorcan plates and ceramics. There is Satellite TV (limited channels), a DVD player and comfortable sofas. From the lounge stairs lead up to the sleeping area which consists of one double bedroom and two twins all sharing a full bathroom.

The property benefits from air-conditioning in the lounge and all the bedrooms.

At the front of the villa is a large front terrace decorated with a vineyard pergola from where you can appreciate the lovely rural setting of the property. To the side of the villa there is a built-in BBQ plus a wood burning oven housed under a cool covered terrace. There is also a further shower room which is accessed from the covered terrace.

The lawn offers plenty of opportunity for sunbathing and the lovely swimming pool measures approx. 8m x 5m (depth 1.20m to 2m) with ladder entry and overlooks the unspoilt countryside.
