This charming, traditional, rustic style Majorcan house is ideally situated on the outskirts of the town of Pollensa, affording lovely mountain views but within walking distance to the shops and centre of the old town.

On the ground floor there are two lounge areas, one with Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, comfortable sofas and dining table and chairs and another with a separate seating area. The owners have kept many original features including stone flooring on most of the ground floor.

There is a fully fitted kitchen including oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The property also benefits from a washing machine.

All the bedrooms are located on the first floor, there is one double and two twins sharing one full bathroom and one shower room with WC.

The outside pool area has a covered terrace with dining table and chairs and a built-in BBQ with a sink area for those who enjoy alfresco dining. The pool itself is an usual triangular shape 6m x 5m (depth: 1m – 1.9m) with Roman steps and is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds, table, chairs and parasol. Next to the BBQ area there is a further external shower room with WC.

There is also a lovely outside terrace and patio garden from which to enjoy the mountain views towards the valley of Ternelles.
