Inside the villa is simply furnished with one double and one twin bedroom sharing a full bathroom. There is a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar which includes a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher and microwave, a lounge/diner with dining table and chairs, comfortable sofas, TV and a DVD player. All the windows in the villa benefit from mosquito screens.

Outside there is a lovely garden and pool area with covered terraces on two sides of the villa. The L shaped swimming pool measures 7 x 3.5m (depth: 1.2m to 1.9m) is surrounded by terraces with sunbeds and a parasol and enjoys excellent views to the Tramuntana mountains. The villa also has a built-in BBQ and table and chairs to enjoy alfresco dining.

There is also an outside utility room that houses the washing machine.
