Set over one level, this family home is designed in traditional style with tiled floors, white walls and Majorcan dark wood furniture.

The lounge/dining room has comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs, Satellite TV (free to view channels) and a DVD player. Double doors lead out onto a covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. There is a traditionally designed fully equipped farmhouse kitchen including an oven/hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and plenty of storage cupboards.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and 2 twins which share 2 full bathrooms (please note the air-conditioning is on a timer from 14.00 to 16.00 and from 20:00 to 4am, these times cannot be extended or changed.)

A lovely lawn area with trees and Mediterranean plants surrounds the swimming pool (approx. 8m x 4m, depth 1.10m x 2.00m). There is also a covered terrace with a BBQ and a sink.

This is a wonderful villa set in beautiful tropical gardens and its location makes it easy to make the most of the whole area around Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The beaches and the historic Old Town of Pollensa are both just a 10 minute drive away.
