The villa has everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday – a large private swimming pool (approx. 13 x 6m) and superb mountain backdrop, plus a fantastic countryside setting just outside Pollensa Old Town.
The town has a number of authentic Spanish restaurants and quaint shops. A choice of great beaches is also within a short drive, in both Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
This impressive 4 bedroom house is well designed and includes air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi. It has a fantastic exterior seating area as well as a great covered BBQ and dining area.
The driveway is gated from the lane and leads to a spacious private parking area. The main entrance is at the side of the house by the private swimming pool. The spacious, open plan lounge and dining area is decorated in a traditional style with stone walls, beamed ceilings and an ornamental wood burning fireplace. The lounge has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV whilst the dining area has a large table and chairs for 8 people adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. Stairs lead up to a gallery landing overlooking the living area where you will find a second mezzanine seating area and a terrace with mountainside views. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and separate shower room. A further twin bedroom, a double bedroom and separate bathroom are on the first floor. This double bedroom also has a private terrace overlooking the pool and olive groves.
The second double bedroom is accessed from the pool terrace. This bedroom has a small seating area. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle.
Air conditioning/heating is available in line with local energy saving initiatives and has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
