This is a beautiful villa situated just outside Pollensa, built and decorated with great style. Set in a fantastic location on a wooded hillside in mature gardens with wide open views across the Pollensa countryside and a gated driveway. It is easy to forget that the house is just a short drive, or indeed an easy bike-ride, from the historic Old Town of Pollensa with its cafés, shops, restaurants and galleries.
The elegant sweeping driveway lined with fruit trees leads to a large parking area. The property is set over two levels. Steps from the parking area lead up to level one with garden and a separate annex building. The annex one has a twin bedroom with beamed ceilings, pastel coloured walls and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. From the bedroom two steps lead to the airy open plan, furnished lounge/dining and kitchenette area equipped with large fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob and other kitchen utensils. The annex also has a double bedroom, a separate shower room and a lounge diner with two comfortable sofas. Both annex areas have interconnecting doors which can be unlocked if required.
From the annexes level a staircase leads up to the main house which is set over one level. The entrance door leads in to the spacious open plan bright lounge dining area with Satellite TV (free to view channels) and enjoys fabulous panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. The walls in the lounge are adorned with hand painted natural paintings. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a built-in electric oven and microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer and washing machine. The kitchen can be separated from the lounge by a sliding door. The bedrooms share a large bathroom with sunken bath and a separate walk-in shower.
The raised pool with ladder entry measures approx. 8 x 4m and is outside the main house. From this terrace there are great views over the countryside.
