This villa is set in a spacious and enchanting garden and boasts beautiful country views. The villa provides accommodation split over three levels and has a lovely private pool.
The kitchen is traditional with wooden beamed ceilings and offers everything you will need for your villa holiday. There is a utility room with washing machine and a shower room. The kitchen has views across the gardens to the pine forests and spectacular mountains and leads through to the living and dining area with satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player, open fireplace and again the room has attractive beamed ceilings and gives access to the covered terrace.
On the first floor there is a bathroom which is shared by two bedrooms, the first of which is the master double bedroom with private balcony, the second a twin bedroom. Both have built-in wardrobes and beamed ceilings and magnificent views.
On the second floor there are views from the landing over the golf course to the Monastery on the top of the ‘Puig de Maria’. On this floor there is a bathroom and two twin bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and all bedrooms are air conditioned.
Outside the villa has a large shady veranda with terrace furniture, an ideal place for relaxing in the shade. Views stretch across the garden and private pool (approx. 10m x 5m) to the beautiful countryside, hills and pine forests and the spectacular mountains. From the covered gated terrace ten steps lead down to the poolside area. Adjacent to the sun terrace is the private pool with roman steps.
The villa is surrounded by beautiful mature gardens with ample lawn areas. To the side of the sun terrace is a little barbeque pavilion with a brick built BBQ and a traditional style Majorcan sink and food preparation space. The immediate garden surrounding the sun terrace and swimming pool is enclosed with hedges. Beyond here there are neighbouring fields lined with fruit trees.
