A simple little villa situated on the outskirts of the lovely town of Santanyi. The villa is within walking distance of the town where you can find a good selection of bars and restaurants as well as bakers and a lovely traditional market. The beaches are also a short drive away.

The villa is decorated with traditional antique furnishings. Upon entering the house there is a spacious lounge/dining area with beamed ceilings, white walls and ceramic floor tiles. The lounge has two comfortable sofas and a large flat screen Satellite TV (limited channels) and WiFi. Next to the lounge is a small separate fully fitted kitchen equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer and a utility area where the washing machine is located and a door to the swimming pool area.

The bedrooms comprise of one twin and one double bedroom which share a full bathroom with bath.

The outside has a lovely sun terrace that surrounds the 8 x 4m swimming pool with roman steps. There is also a covered BBQ ideal for those who love alfresco evening meals.
