This beautiful classic style country house is approached along a private countryside drive with far reaching mountain views and just a ten minute drive to Palma de Mallorca.

The villa is set out over two levels. The very comfortable spacious accommodation has a large living area equipped with Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and comfortable sofas. From here there is access to the garden and swimming pool area. Adjacent is the bright dining area with large table and chairs. There is also a fitted kitchen which is equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a breakfast table. On this level there is a shower room and a bedroom with bunk beds which can be turned in two single beds if required.

Stairs lead up to the other bedrooms which comprise of one single, one twin and one double with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The rest of the bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning units.

The large swimming pool measures approx. 12 x 7m (depth: 1.10 – 2.00m) and is situated at the rear of the villa with Roman steps and surrounded by spacious furnished sun terraces set amidst mature lawns and gardens with a stone built BBQ and dining terrace.

There is also a gym and a utility area with washing machine, iron and board.

A sauna is also available for guests use on request at an additional cost of 20.00 euro per day, payable locally.
