The main door leads into the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area with TV and WiFi. From here, glass doors lead to the outside terrace which has direct access to the pool and garden area. This terrace is furnished with exterior table and chairs and two sun loungers. The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric hob/oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is also a WC on this level.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where the bedrooms are situated and comprise of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom which share a full bathroom.
This apartment is ideal for couples or small families who wish to spend a relaxing holiday near the beach not far from Puerto Pollensa centre.
