This charming villa with its own private swimming pool is set in lovely, very private, mature gardens within a residential area of Binibeca. It is in an excellent location and within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops as well as the beautiful beach of Binibeca Nou which is 500m away.
Interior
This single storey villa has been comfortably furnished to a good standard and provides an idyllic location for a memorable holiday. It has a spacious and light living room with a fireplace and rattan furniture. There is a separate dining area with patio doors opening onto a covered terrace overlooking the pool. There is a separate well equipped kitchen with a door leading to a utility room and garden. The villa has three lovely bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and is equipped with an air-conditioning unit. It has a separate shower room. The other two bedrooms share a separate shower room. One bedroom has a double bed and the other one has twin beds.
Exterior
Set in extensive, mature gardens this is a charming holiday villa surrounded by bougainvilleas, palm trees and sub-tropical plants. From the dining area patio doors lead to a covered terrace, which provides a shaded area for alfresco dining on hot summer days. The 9 x 5m (depth: 0.6m – 1.9m) swimming pool is entered via ladders and has a sun terrace with several sun lounges. There is an additional sun terrace area to the side of the house, offering many relaxing hours in the Menorcan sun. A path leads from the house to the large barbecue terrace, which has a built-in table and bench. Stairs at the side of the villa lead up to a small sun terrace, furnished with a few chairs and small coffee table, in order to enjoy a glass of Spanish wine whilst savouring the fantastic views to the sea.
Amenities
The villa is conveniently located 500 metres walking distance to one of Menorca´s nicest beaches, Cala Binibeca. There is a small commercial centre six hundred metres from the villa with a few restaurants and supermarket. Along the coastline are various sheltered coves with footpaths and steps that lead down to man made platforms, providing areas to sunbathe and enter the sea more easily. A little further down the coastline, approximately three kilometres away is Binibeca Vell, an old, picturesque fishing village, which due to its small winding cobblestone paths and whitewashed houses with wooden beams has become a favourite tourist attraction.
