Set on one level, the accommodation comprises of a lounge/dining room with flat screen Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and direct access to the terrace and pool area. The fully equipped kitchen including a vitro-ceramic hob, built-in electric oven, dishwasher and microwave and is finished in a modern light wood. There is also a seperate utility room which houses the washing machine.
There are 3 bedooms, a master double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There are 2 air conditioning units, one in the lounge/dining area and the second in the corridor which gives access to the bedrooms. There are also 2 bathrooms, one full and one shower room. The villa has a safe for guests use.
The villa is wheelchair friendly having been specifically designed to provide easy access. The master bedroom, shower room, villa entrance, kitchen, lounge/dining area and garage all have extra wide door frames to allow for this.

Exterior
The swimming pool (8m x 4m) is surrounded by pretty terraces and a lovely garden and there are sun loungers and a parasol by the pool. There is also a BBQ and table and chairs for alfresco dining.
The airport, town and port of Mahon is around 15 minutes by car. The historic local town of Sant Lluis just 10 minutes and a range of alternative beaches 5-10 minutes away.
