Covered terrace with access to the roof of the villa overlooking the sea and the pool area. The grounds are well maintained in Menorquin style with lovely flowers and native plants with gravel base. The swimming pool with Roman steps is surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds and under a covered terrace there is a table and chairs and built-in BBQ ideal for alfresco dining. The villa is situated in a cul-de-sac for easy on street parking.

Location
Binibeca Vell is well known for it’s charming and pinturesque Fishermen Village. Located next to the sea, west area of the resort. Although the ‘Vell’ name refers to old in menorquin, the truth is this is the modern area of Binibeca. Located only 300 meters away from the beach, it also has 2 little supermarkets in the area and a few restaurants. You will also find hidden bathing areas around the rocky cliffs of the resort.

Car Requirements
A car is not considered essential for this property, but would enhance your holiday experience. Restaurants are just 100m away as the sea a short stroll.
