There is a spacious dining/lounge area with high ceilings and exposed beams where you can enjoy a relaxing meal and take in the sea views. There is Satellite TV (limited channels) and WiFi.

The kitchen is ideally located next to the dining area and is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Each bedroom has its own personality, one with a double bed and sea views and another with en-suite shower room with a modern layout and a further bedroom with twin beds. All bedrooms have high quality mattresses and there is a further bathroom.

Exterior
A lovely feature of this villa are the exterior areas with a large covered terrace to enjoy al fresco dining with the Mediterranean sea in the background, a fantastic private pool with sunbathing terrace and built-in barbecue and the roof terraces where you can take in the unique sea views.

Distribution
Access to the property is made via steps (not suitable for limited or restricted mobility people) which lead to the main terrace with access to the house. Inside the villa is distributed over different levels with 3 or 4 steps in between and consist of:

Location
Binibeca Nou has a fine white sandy beach, ideal for all the family members. With all services (sun loungers, parasols, etc.) and one of Menorca’s most typical beach bars ‘Los Bucaneros’. The beach has easy mooring facilities for boats and is ideal for snorkeling and fishing. Binibeca Nou is a very relaxed resort with no hotels but there are a good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets. The villa is in a quite location but within a 5 minute walk to the bakery, beach, restaurants, bars and supermarket.
