Our lovely Son Bou Gardens ground and first floor properties are located across 3 zones in this stunning park.
These 2 and 3 bedroom properties are all set in well-established gardens and within easy walking distance of Son Bou beach, shops and restaurants. The park also has a snack bar, restaurant and a well-stocked supermarket.
Zone 3 is nearest the park centre, set around tennis courts and the pools.
Zone 4 is nearest to the Club San Jaime with its large pools and water slides.
Zone 5 is furthest from the beach and set around the gardens and pools.
Our Son Bou Gardens apartments are mostly privately owned so the style of furnishings can differ. Each has a lounge/dining and kitchen area with fridge with small freezer, oven, hob and microwave.
To the rear are the bedrooms – one twin with terrace and patio furniture and another (normally a twin but some have bunk beds). Both have ceiling fans and share a bathroom with WC, sink and bath with shower over. The 3 bedroom apartments have two twin rooms and one with bunk beds.
Guests wishing to use the swimming pools on the complexes may be asked to make a purchase in the adjoining snack bar (drinks or food /sunbed or parasol rental.)
