Interior
These superb, two storey villas have been elegantly decorated to a high standard and offer several extras for a memorable holiday. Each has a spacious living room with elegant furniture and patio doors leading onto the large, covered terrace overlooking the pool. There is a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a formal dining area. Each villa has three attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a super king bed and en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi and patio doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the pool and towards the sea. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor both with twin beds and each have a shower room (one is en-suite) with a walk-in hydro massage shower. All the villas are equipped with air-conditioning.

Exterior
The villas are set on a hilltop in a quiet area of Son Bou and are electrically gated for additional privacy and security. The extensive, covered terrace of each property is accessed by the living room which runs the full length of the villa and overlooks the attractive garden. This is an idyllic location and there is a brick built BBQ, dining table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. The 10 x 5m pool has the added benefit of an integrated Jacuzzi and is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with a large parasol providing shade on hot summer days and each.

Amenities
The villas are located in the resort of Son Bou, sixteen kilometres from the airport of Mahon. The nearest beach is approximately two kilometres away. Just over one kilometre from the resort, on the way to the beach, there is a supermarket as well as several restaurants, shops and a pharmacy. Son Bou has a small water park and a bowling alley providing fun and activities for the entire family. There is also a disco and a selection of bars. The nearest large town is Mahon, the capital, which has a fantastic port area, providing great shopping facilities as well as a good choice of restaurants and bars.
