This charming villa is situated in the Torre Soli Nou zone on Son Bou and has three bedrooms plus a study room which can be used as a further bedroom and two bathrooms. A private pool and terrace with sea views is set in mature gardens which give this very private property a sense of peace and tranquility. Once inside you are met with the elegance of the lounge-dining area which is comfortably furnished with dining table and chairs, Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and WiFi. French doors lead onto a spacious covered terrace with its brick BBQ and sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. There is also a dining table and a door which leads to the exterior utility area with washing machine.
The master bedroom with double bed and sea views is on the ground floor as well as a bedroom with twin beds and another with bunk beds. There is one bathroom with bath and another with shower. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Stairs from the lounge lead up to a cosy study, also with sea views, where there is a single bed for additional person if required.
Outside the main feature is the “L” shaped swimming pool with diving board which follows the contours of the villa. The outdoor terrace is furnished with sunbeds and dining furniture for dining alfresco.
