Interior
The lounge is comfortably furnished with Satellite TV (limited channels) and Wifi and from the lounge you can step out onto the large covered terrace with sea views, with built in BBQ, dining table and chairs for dining alfresco.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with American bar, utility room with washing machine and the cosy dining room which overlooks the BBQ area.
Off the lounge is a small hall that leads to three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two of the rooms overlook the pool area and views to the sea and the other faces the rear of the villa. The bedrooms all share two adjacent bathrooms and all the bedrooms have air conditioning which is set on a timer from 1pm until 4pm and 7pm until 5am.
Exterior
From the covered terrace which stretches along the front of the villa there are a few steps leading down to the pool and sun bathing area. The rectangular shaped pool measures approx. 8 x 4 mts. There is a lawn area and trees which provide some shade.
