The two storey villa has its own private entrance which leads to the first floor which is the main part of the house and includes a lounge/dining area which is decorated in Menorcan style, a fully equipped kitchen, two twin rooms and a full bathroom.

Downstairs, which is the same level as the pool area, is a further twin bedroom with shower room and a small lounge area. This part of the villa has its own entrance and is totally independent from the rest of the property.

The good sized partially covered terrace is a perfect setting for al fresco dining. The pool area has a large terrace, an outside shower and the private pool.
