Location
This lovely villa is situated in a cliff-top tourist resort Cala’n Porter on the south coast of the island. The town is ideal for families and offers a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. The wonderful bay with crystal clear waters is a 10 minute walk from the villa and can be accessed via steps or road. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou, etc) can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car, and the capital town Mahon is also only a 10 minute drive away. Parking is available outside the property and a daily bus service operates from the resort centre to Mahon and Alaior.

Exterior
Located at the end of a quiet road, this villa is a private and tranquil property. The outdoor dining area with table, chairs and stone BBQ can be accessed directly from the lounge and kitchen and is shaded under an awning. The swimming pool (7m x 3m) is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and is furnished with sun beds. Around the pool terrace is a gravel garden with colourful indigenous plants and flowers.

Interior
The interior of the villa was completely refurbished in 2021 with modern furniture and fittings. All rooms are distributed on the ground floor and the property is ideal for one or two families sharing and consists of open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen with air-conditioning, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 shower room. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and floor fans.
