Location
This pretty villa is situated in the beach resort of Cala’n Porter on the south coast of the island. The town is ideal for families and offers a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. The wonderful bay with crystal clear water is a 10 minute walk from the villa and can be accessed via steps or road. Other south coast beaches such as Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa and Son Bou can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car and the capital town, Mahon, is also only 10 minutes drive.

Exterior
The villa has a number of areas for dining and relaxing in the shade. Connected to the lounge is an L shape veranda furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining and relaxing in the shade. The pool terrace, which is accessed via steps or a ramp, is furnished with sun beds, a second table with benches and a stone barbeque. Next to the ramp is an indigenous garden and a small terrace furnished with a third table and chairs.

Interior
The villa has been tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and all rooms are distributed on one floor including a spacious lounge/dining room with TV, DVD player and WIFI, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and ceiling fan, 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning, 1 twin bedroom with ceiling fan and a full bathroom.
