Location
This villa is steps away from one of the most beautiful white-sand beaches on the north coast of the island, Arenal d’en Castell. This wonderful shell-shaped bay with shallow turquoise water is ideal for families with small children. The villa´s prime location also offers easy pedestrian access to the resort´s variety of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The capital town, Mahón and its picturesque natural harbour is 20-minute drive away, as are the popular north coast virgin beaches, Binimel-là, Cavallería, and Pregonda. The resort bus stop is a 2-minute walk away and for those who wish to hire a vehicle during their stay, the villa has off-street parking for two cars.
Exterior
The villa has been built on a sizeable plot with enough space for family and friends to gather, relax and dine outdoors. The spacious terrace surrounding the private swimming pool, which can be heated during the cooler months, is furnished with comfortable sunbeds and an outdoor dining table with chairs placed underneath a large sun sail. Beyond the terrace is an artificial grass lawn that is an ideal play area for small children, and next to the dining area, a stone barbeque for al fresco cooking. The outdoor living space continues on the upper floor of the villa, with a balcony appointed with stylish sofas facing the glorious views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Interior
The spectacular sea views from the first floor inspired the inverted living design of the villa, with the lounge and kitchen upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs on the ground floor. The property was upgraded in 2020 with modern and fresh decor, and offers air-conditioning in all bedrooms:
Ground Floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and patio doors with direct access to the swimming pool terrace, 1 double bedroom with direct access to the swimming pool terrace, 1 double bedroom (2 single beds), and 1 family bathroom.
