A lovely villa with private pool, air-conditioning and WiFi located in Los Encinares in Cala San Vicente, a small quiet residential area near Pollensa, within walking distance of the beach & amenities. Two sandy beaches with crystal clear waters are about 1km away from the property. A restaurant serving local cuisine is just a 100m away and further restaurants serving international meals are just a stones throw away.

Steps lead up to the large entrance terrace which lead into the hall. Off the hall is the lounge/diner with access to the terrace and fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and microwave. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have access to the spacious entrance terrace where you can feel the light sea breeze.

At the rear of the villa is the outside eating area with built-in BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining. There are pine trees, plants and grassed area surrounding the pool (approx 10 x 5m.) which can be secured for families with children with iron/plastic fencing upon request for an additional charge. There is also an outside shower room.

WiFi is available in this property at no extra charge. Please note that this service is provided locally and as such we cannot be held responsible for the quality or any loss of service during your stay.

The pool can be heated during the winter months at a cost of £400 per week. If required 7 days notice must be given.
