This very spacious country house is surrounded by a large garden and field and lies in the well-known idyllic area of ‘La Font’ close to Old Town Pollensa and just a few minutes by car from the beach.

The entrance leads to the cosy lounge where the decoration is in typical Majorcan style and a passage leads from here into a comfortable smaller room ideal for relaxing. From the entrance or from the living room there is access to a large dining room, and on into the large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Also on the ground floor is a pretty double bedroom with a bathroom including bath, bidet and WC.

On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms plus a double bedroom with a 1.6m French style bed. There are also two further bathrooms.

Downstairs are several doors leading to the wonderful garden with trees, flowers and large lawns. The swimming pool, measuring 10m x 6m is fenced off making it safer for families with children. There is also a beautiful covered terrace with a large wooden table and a portable barbecue. In front of the kitchen under a large tree is another outside eating area with a large table and basket chairs.

This spacious villa is ideal for families with children and infants.
