This elegant property lies approximately 2km from Puerto Pollensa and located on a small pinewood hill. A 200m private lane leads between fields to the house where large covered terraces with panoramic views surround the property and a pleasant forest area extends behind the house.
Outside there is parking for many cars, there is also a BBQ and a large wood stove. From the terrace a door leads to a large kitchen fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher. Further terrace doors lead into the spacious lounge/dining room with an open fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and CD player and comfortable cushioned settees. A small hallway leads into a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with WC. There is a second bathroom with a shower and a toilet on the ground floor.
Stairs lead to the first floor where there are three further bedrooms, each with twin beds which share a large bathroom with bath and WC. There are two further small terraces offering magnificent panoramic views.
The swimming pool measures 8 x 6m. The garden is very rustic and well kept. A pleasant forest belongs to this property which extends behind the house.

The pool can be heated at a cost of £200 per week. If required 7 days notice must be given. The pool can be secured for families with children with iron/plastic fencing upon request for an additional charge of £200 p/w.
