Approximately 500 metres from the picturesque bay of Puerto Pollensa on a quiet and elegant development called Gotmar, you will find this beautiful and spacious villa with air-conditioning, WiFi and private pool surrounded by a large garden. The 2600m² plot is lined by cypresses, yew trees and large grassed areas with trees and flowerbeds.

The spacious entrance hall leads two lounges and a covered terrace with access to the pool. From the entrance on the right is a large modern fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave which leads onto a terrace. Off the hallway a small passageway leads to a WC and on the opposite side a large bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room with doors leading to the terrace. Straight ahead is the 70m² lounge/diner with fireplace and doors leading to the terrace and large swimming pool with panoramic views. Outside you will find the BBQ room and a fully fitted summer kitchen with grill, cooking stove, fridge etc. Adjacent there is a changing room with built-in wardrobes and a shower room.

From the main entrance a staircase takes you up to the first floor where the master bedroom again with beds that can be made up as king-size or twins with balcony has a large bathroom with an adjoining terrace. There are 2 further king-size/twin bedrooms off here each with a balcony next to each other which share a bathroom with shower. The fifth king-size/twin bedroom and bathroom is separated from the corridor by a door and a small hall. There is access to a balcony and 2 king-size/twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.  An outside staircase from one of the bedrooms takes you directly to the outside terrace with children’s toys and billiard table and a large pool measuring 14m x 5m which can be heated at a cost of £500 per week. If required 7 days notice must be given. The pool can also be secured for families with children (as shown in the photograph) upon request for an additional charge of £200 p/w.
