The house is entered via a solid door into the hallway which opens into the large sitting/dining room with fireplace.
The modern kitchen with dining area has access to the furnished terraces with wonderful sea views. One twin bedroom with full en-suite bath/shower room has exit to the garden, and there is another bathroom with shower and WC.
Upstairs are two more beautiful twin bedrooms and one double bedroom plus a comfortable bathroom with bath/shower and WC.
The spectacular swimming pool measures 8m in length and there is a furnished sun terrace with pergola and many quiet areas to sit and relax under the shade of the ancient olive trees.

The pool can be heated at a cost of £400 per week. If required 7 days notice must be given. The pool can be secured for families with children with iron/plastic fencing upon request for an additional charge of £200 p/w.
