This recently built stone house with air-conditioning, private pool with Jacuzzi and WiFi and stands majestically on a small hill with picturesque views over the bay of Puerto de Pollensa up to Formentor as well as over the wide bay of Alcúdia. This beautiful estate is found 3kms from Pollensa, close to the golf course and surrounded by a variety of trees. A private road leads to the main entrance.

An entrance hall leads into the lounge/diner with fireplace and from here there is access to the terrace. There is also access to a modern kitchen/diner with terrace and to the covered BBQ with wooden heated oven and beautiful dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. An old wooden door leads to a very pleasant double bedroom with shower/bath en suite and terrace and there is a further double bedroom with shower room and toilet.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and terraces with panoramic views to the sea.

Beside the house is a 16m pool and sun terrace and only a few metres away from the pool is an enchanting guesthouse with a double bedroom, kitchenette and a full bathroom.

This villa has been built in a traditional Majorcan style, the doors and beams had been bought from old country houses and have been restored. Furniture and linen are from famous galleries in Pollença.

The pool can be heated at a cost of £500 per week. If required 7 days notice must be given. The pool can be secured for families with children with iron/plastic fencing upon request for an additional charge of £200 p/w.
