The entrance of the villa leads to the fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and utility room with washing machine, large sitting/dining room with Satellite TV (limited channels) DVD and CD player and a downstairs cloakroom. All the bedrooms are accessed via steep steps from the hallway. The bedrooms are spacious and air conditioned and there is 1 double and 3 twins sharing 2 bathrooms.
The covered terrace has wooden tables and a grill-barbeque for al fresco dining. In front of the villa you will find the large swimming pool measures 13 x 6m (depth .80 – 1.8m) with Roman steps leading into it surrounded by terrace and lawns.

The pool can be heated at a cost of £400 per week. If required 7 days notice must be given. The pool can be secured for families with children with iron/plastic fencing upon request for an additional charge of £200 p/w.
