This lovely house with private pool, air-conditioning and WiFi was built in 1990 in a traditional style, embedded in fruit gardens of Huerta de la Font and views to the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The stone walls of the house guarantee pleasant temperatures in both summer and winter.
The main entrance leads left to the lounge area and right to the bedrooms. There are 3 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms located in the right wing of the house. There is also a further bathroom with hairdryer.
Tasteful furniture and colour matching Majorcan curtains and plaids create a beautiful atmosphere. On the ground floor you will find the lounge and dining room which has been designed on two floors. The kitchen which includes a microwave is separated from this area by a stonewall bar. From here you have access to the garden.
In the light flooded lounge a glass door leads to the covered terrace pool area which is surrounded by grass and flowers and the pool can be secured for families with children with iron/plastic fencing upon request at no extra charge. There are growing orange, lemon, grapefruit, almond, fig and carob trees on the field belonging to the estate. Here you will find a covered BBQ terrace with oven, grill, cooker, sink and seating area.

The pool can be heated at a cost of £400 per week. If required 7 days notice must be given.
