A 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with private pool, air conditioning throughout and WiFi, situated close to the town of Pollensa in the residential area of S´Ubac and offers lovely extended views over the valley to the sea.

At the entrance of the property there are electric gates that open to a well kept garden with flowers, plants and trees. The modern swimming pool (8m x 4m) is surrounded by lawns and some orange and lemon trees and there are large covered terraces with a BBQ and table and chairs ideal for alfresco dining.

You enter the villa into a spacious hall that leads into the living/dining room which is stylishly designed with panoramic windows, Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and a CD player. There is also a fully equipped contemporary kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave and everything you need for a self catering holiday.

There are 4 bedrooms that can all be made up as doubles or twins on request and all have en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are on the first floor and have a small private terrace.

WiFi is available in this property at no extra charge. Please note that this service is provided locally and as such we cannot be held responsible for the quality or any loss of service during your stay.

The pool can be heated for an additional charge of £500 p/w. If required 7 days notice must be given. The pool can be secured for families with children with iron/plastic fencing upon request for an additional charge of £200 p/w.
