Llenaire is a quiet residential area and just a 15 minute walk along the promanade to the centre of Port Pollensa with its shops and restaurants along the way.

The villa is modern and contemporary. The typical Majorcan stones that cover some of the walls are contrasting to the wooden exterior area of the villa.

Ground Floor
Leading through the pergola entrance there is an impressive hall that leads to the living/dining room with Satellite TV (limited channels), comfortable sofas and a dining table and chairs with access to the terrace and swimming pool. Next to the living room a hallway leads to the fully equipped kitchen with centre island including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and television. Behind the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine. Also on this level is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room with direct access to the swimming pool and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

First Floor
The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and a small terrace. The master double bedroom has access to a large terrace with comfortable sofas and table and a spacious en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower and whirlpool bath. The third bedroom is a twin with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath.

The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden with an array of plants and flowers and the garden is totally secure for children’s safety. The swimming pool with Roman steps measures 9m x 4m and there is a terrace with comfortable sofas and a table and chairs ideal for alfresco dining. Beside the pool are sunbeds and a parasol.

The property benefits from air-conditioning and underfloor heating in all of the rooms.
