This beautiful air conditioned villa located in a small private cul de sac enjoys a fantastic position directly above the beach with wonderful sea views. The property has access to the beach via footpaths that lead down through a small wooded area or directly to a beach/bar restaurant.

There are many amenities close by including a mini market and a good selection of bars and restaurants. Albufeira town is just 2kms, approx 30 minutes walk, but only about 15 minutes if you walk along the beach.

The large swimming pool measures 10m x 6m with Roman steps and has a special system to keep the water clean that normally requires no, or very little, chemical to be added and can be heated for an additional charge. The pool is surrounded by extensive terraces with BBQ and a children’s playground area with swings. There is a pleasant sitting room with bamboo furniture situated underneath the villa facing the pool area.

Ground floor: Spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV with BBC channels and music system with 3 patio doors leading onto a large balcony dining terrace with BBQ and lovely sea views. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Twin bedroom with patio doors to the interior patio courtyard. Shower room. Twin bedroom with en-suite WC and a mezzanine floor with sofas with patio doors to terrace.

First floor: Master double bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Large bedroom with 3 x single beds and en-suite shower room and patio windows to the balcony. There are baby gates fitted at both the top and bottom of the staircase.

Beach: just a hop, skip and a jump
Restaurant: 200 metres
Supermarket: 200 metres
Albufeira town: 15 to 30 minute walk
