The beach is accessed from the villa, via a paved footpath that leads directly to a beach bar/restaurant, which is only a 2 to 3 minute walk. There are many amenities very close by including a mini market and a good selection of bars and restaurants. Albufeira town is just 2kms away and can be walked to along the beach which only takes approximately 15 minutes.
This superb semi-detached villa is located within a private cul-de-sac with parking available.
There is a kidney shaped swimming pool (depth 1m to 1.97m) which can be heated for an additional charge of £175. The pool is surrounded by terraces with 6 quality sun beds, a brick built BBQ, poolside shower and a pool bathroom with shower. To the side of the villa is a spacious lawned area and the whole property is totally enclosed by walls and a gate.

Area description
This villa enjoys a unique location directly above the beach and just a 10 minute walk along the beach to Albufeira town. The dining terrace enjoys the very best possible sea views, with the most fabulous unforgettable sunsets. The villa is located within a private cul-de-sac so all amenities are available close by, but away from the ´madding crowd’.
Guia is only a few minutes drive to the Algarve Shopping Centre. Here you will find many shops including a very large supermarket. There are also many cafes and restaurants plus a cinema and bowling alley. So plenty to do! A five minute drive to the west of Guia is the very popular Zoomarine. This is simply a must for all the family as it has so much to offer. It has a fantastic 4 dimensional cinema which is great fun. There are also several high quality water parks within a short drive from the village.
The old town of Albufeira has been for many years a favourite destination of the British and the Irish. Although there have been many changes over the year the Old Town still has that magical feel. Sitting in a bar or restaurant in the square with a glass of wine or beer in hand listening to the street entertainment is absolutely fantastic.
From the square, it is a very leisurely stroll through the cobbled streets to ‘Fishermans Beach’. Sadly most of the fishermen have now moved to a new site nearer to the modern Albufeira Marina. However, there is an absolutely fantastic golden sandy beach that the kids will love. Also there is several super restaurants serving a range of various cuisine. These restaurants are beautifully shielded from the wind, especially in the winter, and are a real sun trap.
