A lovely villa located in Sesmarias close to the ‘Blue Flag’ Castello beach (approx 1.5kms.) There are many restaurants and bars in the area within easy walking distance. Albufeira town, famous for its nightlife and interesting Old Town is 6kms away.
The swimming pool measures approx. 9 x 4m (depth: 1.6m) and can be heated for an additional charge if required, with Roman steps surrounded by terraces. There is a pool shower and a BBQ. The garden has a lawned area and the whole area is totally walled, giving complete privacy.
Accommodation
The ground floor has two twin bedrooms and a shower room with a large walk in shower. There is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and lounge/dining room with satellite TV with BBC and free to view channels.
On the first floor there is a master suite with king-size bed and en-suite shower room with a large walk-in shower leading out to a large balcony.
The lounge/dining room and all the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
There is an alarm system and a safe.
